    Quotes for one-time or special cleanings are good for 30 days. Yearly services may be reevaluated on the anniversary of the original quote. We have to account for fuel, supplies, and labor costs as conditions change in order to continue BRINGING THE MAGIC to you!
  • What cleaners do you use?
    We use green cleaning products whenever possible. Some tasks require tougher solutions, so we use a variety of products.
  • How do you come up with a price?
    Pricing jobs relies on both straightforward and intangible metrics. We generate numbers based on area, estimated time to complete a task, and product usage. We adjust these numbers based on soil level, proximity, and job load. Base pricing listed on the site is a reference for basic services. We will provide you with a custom quote, and we promise to offer the best price our company can for our services and level of professionalism.
  • Can you use my products?
    Absolutely! We stock our own supplies, but we are happy to use any or all products you prefer.
